The Subaru Impreza is a compact car, manufactured since 1992 by Subaru-the division of Japanese transportation vehicles combination, Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI). The Subaru Impreza set the Leone, Leone EA series engines newer EJ series versions. Subaru has offered a four-door sedan and five-door hatchback body variants since 1992, the company and gave Coupe from 1995, the first generation only. Mainstream translations found naturally aspirated “boxer” flat-four engines ranging from 1.5- 2.5 liters to, and based on the Impreza WRX and Wrx STI models uprated with the addition of turbochargers.

Trim levels were LX, GL and Sport generation. Subaru Impreza LX models were front-wheel drive, and powered by a 1.6 L engine, these were the only four-door. Subaru Impreza Second Generation (2000-2007, GD, GG)
Subaru introduced the “New Age” Subaru Impreza in Japan in August 2000. Early models include a choice of 4-door sedan (as the Subaru Impreza G4) or 5-door hatchback body (as the Impreza Sport), 1.6-liter DOHC FB16 (1.6i, 1.6iL) or 2.0-liter DOHC FB20 (2.0i, 2.0 i eyes, 2.0iS, 2.0iS eyes), a five-speed manual transmission or Lineartronic continuously variable (CVT). There is a larger station wagon with different bodywork, Subaru Levorg. The Levorg go on sale in April 2014 and first shown at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show.
Remain almost the same size as the previous series, the new model is the fuel lighter and better, plus it is packaged better. Subaru Impreza Motorsport
The Subaru Impreza chassis has succeeded more in the sign of the contenders Subaru before. Before the introduction of the Subaru Impreza into World Championship Rally racing in 1993, the Subaru World Rally Team had fielded its larger mid-size Legacy.
