2020 Maserati Ghibli
The 2020 Maserati Ghibli is a medium-sized luxury four-cylinder car. The Maserati Ghibli had pop-up headlights, leather sports front seats, and alloy wheels. The Maserati Ghibli 2 + 2 backpacks could be marketed as a coupe. The 2020 Maserati Ghibli falls into three main levels: the base, GranLusso, and GranSport.
The base model is fairly well stocked. From there, buyers can choose a more luxurious GranLusso or a sport-oriented GranSport model. Basically, the 2020 Ghibli has 19-inch wheels, keyless entry and ignition, leather upholstery, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and an eight-speaker audio system. GranLusso builds on the features of the base model, such as adjustable LED headlights and 10 speakers for the Harman Kardon audio system.
The fan-oriented GranSport is also equipped but has an adaptive suspension, sports seat mats, and other additional features. 2020 GranLusso and GranSport are also offering a driver support package, such as a parking camera with a view of the surrounding area and an adaptive cross control.
2020 Maserati Ghibli Interior
Like the Italian-style exterior, the cabin is not as luxurious as expected. Some parts of the interior tend to be smaller vehicles within the Fiat-Chrysler product portfolio. Maserati now uses the same Jeep Cherokee window switches as the now-defunct Chrysler Town & Country. Buyers, however, can spice up Ghibli, with beautiful leather and silk seats, a Swedish headboard, and a wooden steering wheel. The Ghibli’s trunk is larger than the E-Class or A6, but the BMW 5 Series offers slightly more space.
All 2020 Ghibli models are a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and offer a bright display and run a rethought version of the Google Android Automotive interface. Navigation, SiriusXM satellite radio, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are the standards. The eight-speaker audio system is also standard, but audiophiles will be happy to know that Masera offers two different premium systems as an innovative version.
2020 Maserati Ghibli Engine
The Maserati Ghibli base is a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine (345 horsepower, 369-pound torque) that drives the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. The engine itself is a powerful S, but it is more powerful in this application (424 hp, 428 lb-ft). The S Q4 adds a full wheel layout to the S 4 model. In terms of features, the S and S Q4 models are the same as their opposites to the base engine. The 2020 Maserati Ghibli rear-wheel-drive V-6 models get a city score of 17 mpg and 24 mpg, while all-wheel drive lowers the city’s rating to 16 mpg.
2020 Maserati Ghibli Safety
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has not conducted an accident test in Ghibli, but the Highway Safety Insurance Institute (IIHS). Ghibli performed well in the IIHS crash tests but lost the designation for higher safety selection because the agency failed to test the performance of the car’s headlight or driver assistance features. Key features of the 2020 Maserati Ghibli include adaptive cruise control and semi-autonomous driving, road exit warning with roadside assistance, and emergency brake pedestrian detection.
