2017 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is a sports car produced by Chevrolet. The 2017 Corvette of the seventh generation was introduced for the model year 2014 as the first to bear the name Corvette Stingray of the model of the third generation in 1968. The first Chevrolet Corvette Stingray was delivered in the third quarter of 2013.

The new Corvette LT1 engine, the first in the Gen 5 Series 5 engine family, maintains the thrust rods that act on the design of the overhead valves. It uses direct fuel injection, active fuel management, and variable valve timing.
